GigaPro Overview
The TrangoLINK GigaPro™ is a high-performance point-to-point wireless microwave system designed for Service Provider, Government, and Enterprise networks using licensed microwave spectrum. The GigaPro provides 750 Mbps of full duplex wireless capacity that is ideal for native IP (Ethernet) traffic via GigE and fiber interfaces as well as native TDM connectivity through STM-1, OC-3, T1 and E1 interfaces.
Dual Modem Architecture
The GigaPro is a dual modem, split architecture system offering full duplex capacity over licensed frequency bands 6-40 GHz. The GigaPro offers advanced features and performance such as high power ODUs, exceptional receiver sensitivity and hitless adaptive coding and modulation (ACM). As a dual modem system, the GigaPro also offers various forms of advanced hitless link protection such as 1+1 hot standby, space diversity, frequency diversity, as well as 2+0 link aggregation and East-West modes. With these features, coupled with QoS features, the GigaPro can achieve capacity and reliability levels and link distances for voice and data not previously achievable using conventional fixed modulation techniques.

GigaPro’s future-proof design protects your microwave backhaul investment. Embedded software keys enable flexible speed and feature upgrades - allowing you to unlock speeds ranging from 100 to 750 Mbps. The software keys also unleash additional TDM functionality. GigaPro’s future-proof protection allows you to easily migrate from your TDM network today to the 4G all Ethernet architecture of tomorrow.
